Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and MarsArcade ("we", "us") for using Mars Arcade. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mars Arcade.

1. Who can play

  • You must be at least 18 years old and allowed by the laws where you live to use a game room like this one. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you live. Mars Arcade is not offered where it is prohibited.
  • One person, one account. A mobile number, a Facebook profile and a device can belong to one account only.

2. Your account

  • Give us true information and keep it up to date. Your Facebook name and profile link must be your own.
  • Keep your password private. Everything done with your account is treated as done by you.
  • Your game platform accounts are created for you by Mars Arcade. You cannot type in or change a game username; you can change your game password.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see section 12).

3. Mars Tokens, loyalty points and the wallet

  • Mars Tokens (MT) are the balance in your wallet. 1 MT is worth $1 when you add funds, and is used to play social games and to load game platforms.
  • Loyalty points are a reward for playing, depositing, daily logins, missions, referrals and sharing. 100 points can be used as $1 towards a game load. Points have no cash value by themselves, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a bank balance.
  • Free rounds and any locked points from them follow the rules shown on the site.
  • Every change to your balance is recorded in your transaction history, and the record cannot be edited or deleted.
  • We may correct a balance that was credited by mistake.

4. Deposits, game loads, redeems and cash-outs

  • Deposits are credited to your wallet when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. A payment that is not confirmed is not credited.
  • Loading a game moves money from your wallet to your account on a game platform. A load or a redeem can take time, and platforms can be unavailable.
  • Redeems and cash-outs have minimums, daily limits (they reset at 12:00 AM Pacific Time) and method rules shown on the Redeem page. Some bonuses require you to reach a balance before your first redeem.
  • You are responsible for the payment destination you enter (for example a Bitcoin address or a phone number). We check that an address looks valid, but a payment sent to the address you gave cannot be recovered.
  • We may ask you to confirm who you are before paying a large cash-out, and we may hold a payment that looks suspicious while we check it.

5. Game platforms

Many games are run by independent platforms, not by us. Their own rules apply to what you play there. We are not responsible for a platform's downtime, changes or decisions, but we will help you with anything that goes wrong between your wallet and a platform.

6. Social games and weekly prizes

  • Social games are for entertainment. A paid round costs a fixed number of tokens. Rewards for playing are loyalty points, missions and weekly prizes, with the daily and weekly limits shown in the site.
  • There is no guarantee that you will win, earn a certain amount, or recover what you spend. Play only with money you can afford to spend.
  • Scores that are impossible to reach by playing are not counted. Leaderboard and weekly prizes are paid only to players who meet the shown requirements and have not broken these terms.

7. Heroes, items and perks

  • Heroes, outfits, gear, backgrounds and levels are cosmetic and change how you look and rank. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be changed or retired by us.
  • A hero's ability may add a small, capped promotional bonus (for example extra loyalty points on deposits, or a little extra credit on one platform). We can change, pause or end these bonuses.
  • Items you buy with tokens or points are not refundable unless we made an error.

8. Promotions, referrals and sharing

  • Promotions have their own rules (dates, amounts, which game they apply to). If several fit, you get the single best one unless the rules say otherwise.
  • Referral rewards are paid when the friend you invited has made the required deposits and passed verification.
  • Sharing rewards are paid only for a new, public post from your own verified social profile (with the minimum number of followers or friends we show) that contains your one-time share code. An old post, a private post, a post from someone else's profile or a copied text does not qualify. If a post is deleted or made private, the points can be taken back.

9. Fair play: what is not allowed

You must not: open more than one account or use someone else's identity; use fake or borrowed social profiles; use bots, scripts or tricks to change scores or rewards; abuse promotions, referrals or shares; collude with other players; launder money or use stolen payment details; reverse, dispute or charge back a payment you actually made; harass staff or players; or try to break or overload the site.

If we find or reasonably suspect this, we may freeze or close your account, cancel rewards and bonuses, take back points that were earned unfairly, and hold or refuse payouts while we investigate. We will tell you why unless the law or an investigation stops us.

10. Responsible play

Set yourself limits. If you feel you are spending more than you should, contact us and we will help you take a break or close your account.

11. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Mars Arcade running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, losses caused by third parties (payment providers, game platforms, your internet or device), or for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

12. Closing your account

  • You can delete your account yourself from your profile (how it works). Cash out or redeem first: any tokens and points left are removed when the account is deleted.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if the law requires.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will tell you in the site and ask you to accept the new version. Using Mars Arcade after a change means you accept it.
